Kelvin’s path into real estate began through investing, where he developed a strong interest in the strategy and decision-making behind each property. With more than 10 years of experience as a real estate investor, he brings a financial and long-term perspective to every transaction. His background in finance, along with his MBA, allows him to break down complex decisions in a clear and structured way, while his experience in interior design gives him a sharp eye for layout, functionality, and a property’s hidden potential.

As a member of The Redux Group, Kelvin values the structure, systems, and support that allow him to stay focused on strategy and client success. Known for being straightforward, disciplined, and thoughtful, he believes in being honest with clients and helping them make decisions they’ll feel confident about not just today, but for years to come. Outside of real estate, Kelvin values balance and makes family a central part of his life. He enjoys spending time with loved ones and appreciates the chance to slow down and be present amidst the fast pace of business. 

Music is also a big part of who he is. Kelvin plays piano and sings, and sees it as both a creative outlet and a way to connect with others on a more personal level. His grounded, disciplined mindset is reflected in his favorite quote: “No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.” 

And when it comes to food, Kelvin proudly considers himself a steak enthusiast through and through.
